Question 1:
One of my co-workers is spreading rumors and saying nasty things about
me to my boss. I have told my boss that the guy apparently has a problem with me. She believes he is wonderful
and I am the problem. From what I can tell, the issue between us is that I have no romantic interest in the guy.
What should I do?
